Is this therapy?
No. J. Lewis and the Spiritual Wings team are certified life coaches, not therapists or counselors. If you need clinical care, a coach will tell you honestly and encourage you to get it.
Do I have to be a Christian?
No. You have to be willing. The coaching is grounded in God's Word and led by the Holy Spirit, and plenty of people come in with more questions than faith. Come as you are.
What does it cost?
The first evaluation is free and confidential. After that, pricing is custom because every plan is built around your situation and schedule. You will know exactly what it costs before you commit to anything.
How do sessions happen?
By phone or video, scheduled around your life. Recurring rhythms work best for most people, but you can book session by session.
