Spiritual Wings Coaching ("we," "us") is the life coaching practice of J. Lewis. This policy covers jlewisspiritualwings.coach. It explains what this website collects, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

The short version

• This website has no forms. You book through our scheduling page or call us.
• We never sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
• This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
• What you share in coaching stays between you and your coach, except where the law requires otherwise.

Information we collect

Booking. When you book your free evaluation, the booking page opens on our scheduling service at spiritualwings.coach, run by GoDaddy. It collects what you enter there, such as your name, email, phone, and the time you choose, so we can hold the appointment and reach you. GoDaddy's own privacy policy also applies there.

Calls. When you call us, we see your phone number like any call, and we keep what we need to schedule and serve you.

Information collected automatically. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To schedule your evaluation and coaching sessions and reach you about them.
• To provide the coaching you ask for.
• To keep the website secure.
• To keep records and meet legal requirements.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence.

Cookies and your choices

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie popup. Our host may use a short-lived cookie for security. The shoutout videos are stored on our own site and only play when you press play. Links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X take you to those sites, which have their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only in these ways:

• Companies that help us run the website and scheduling, only so they can do that work for us: our website host (Vercel) and our scheduling service (GoDaddy).
• Our website developer, Chamberlin Design, which maintains the site.
• When the law requires it, for example to answer a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others.
• If the business changes hands. If Spiritual Wings Coaching is sold or merged, records would move to the new owner, who would have to honor this policy.

Text messages and calls

When you book or call, we may call or text you about your appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing texts.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your permission to receive texts and your mobile number are not shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

• Booking and client records: as long as we need them to serve you, and then as long as records require.
• Website logs: our host keeps short technical logs for security and troubleshooting, then deletes them.

How we protect it

The site uses encryption (HTTPS) for everything you send, access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and the companies we work with keep their own security programs. No website or email system can be completely secure, so please do not send passwords, card numbers, or health information through the site. If a security breach ever affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Ask to see the personal information we have about you, or get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it for work we are doing for you or the law.
• Stop texts any time by replying STOP.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you more rights, such as opting out of the sale or sharing of your information, targeted advertising, or profiling. We do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling, and we honor requests to see, correct, or delete information from everyone, wherever they live.

This website does not sell or share personal information and uses no optional cookies, so there is nothing to switch off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing. There is no common standard for the older Do Not Track setting, so the site does not respond to it separately, but we do not track you across other websites either way.

To make a request, call 1-888-318-1982. We may ask you to confirm a few details so we know the request is really from you, and someone you authorize may ask for you. We respond within 45 days, and if we cannot do what you ask, we will explain why. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites and visitors outside the U.S.

Our site links to other websites, such as our scheduling page and social media. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please read their privacy policies. We are based in Michigan, and information you send us is stored and handled in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and when our practices change. We will post any update here with a new date at the top, and for important changes we will also put a notice on the website before they take effect.
