These terms are an agreement between you and Spiritual Wings Coaching ("we," "us") about your use of jlewisspiritualwings.coach. By using the site, or by sending us a request through it, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About this website

Spiritual Wings Coaching is the life coaching practice of J. Lewis. This site describes our coaching and lets you book a free evaluation or call us. The information on it is general and can change.

Using the site

You may use this site for any lawful purpose. Please do not:

• Use the site for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Send false information, impersonate someone else, or send spam or automated requests.
• Try to break into, overload, or disrupt the site, or get around its security or spam protection.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content, or use it to build a competing service.
• Upload or send anything that contains viruses or harmful code.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Coaching, not counseling

We are certified life coaches, not therapists, counselors, or medical professionals. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Plans and pricing

Plans and prices on this website describe what we offer and may change. Your coaching plan is set when you and your coach agree on it, and bookings are handled on our scheduling page under its own terms.

Text messages

If you book or call, we may call or text you about your appointments. We do not send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 1-888-318-1982.
• Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our privacy policy for how we handle your number. We never share it for marketing.

Our content

The words, photos, and videos on this site belong to Spiritual Wings Coaching and J. Lewis, or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please do not copy, change, republish, or sell them without our written permission.

What you send us

When you send us a request, a message, photos, or other information, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you let us use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our privacy policy. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Other websites

The site links to our scheduling page and to social media such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate, secure, and available, but it is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or free of errors or harmful code.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spiritual Wings Coaching is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that come from using or being unable to use this website, and our total responsibility for any claim about the website is limited to $100. These limits apply only to your use of the website. They do not change your rights under any separate agreement with us or under laws that cannot be limited.

Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including legal fees.

Michigan law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. If you have a concern, please contact us first, and we will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts of Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date at the top, and it applies from that date forward. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
